Roberta Judge-Clements – Roberta is a graduate of Mohawk College in Mental Health, holds a certificate for Community Health Representative and is currently in her second year of a Sociology degree at Nipissing University.  She works at Esprit Place Family Resource Centre as a Relief Counsellor and an Aboriginal Outreach Counsellor.  She serves as the President of the Parry Sound Friendship Centre Board and as an elected board trustee of the West Parry Sound Hospital.

Arnelda Bennett – Serves as Business Development Officer and External Delivery Officer with Aboriginal Business Canada, earned a diploma in Business from Canadore College and Economic Developer Program certification through the University of Waterloo.  For the past nine years, she has been employed by the Waubetek Business Development Corporation as a Business Development Officer.  Arnelda is an active member of various organizations, serving as Secretary for the Sagamok Anishnawbek Education Committee and Chairperson for the Early Childhood Development Committee.

Arnold May – Councillor for Nipissing First Nation, Arnold has over 35 years experience in power plant maintenance; training and development; negotiation and mediation; and general business.  Upon retiring he set up a consulting business [Beedaubun Enterprise] and has been working with Gemini Power Corp. (GPC) for the past two years, providing advice and guidance to, and acting as a facilitator for GPC with respect to its First Nation initiatives, projects and partnerships.  He is also a director on the North Bay District Hospital Foundation Board and Wigwamen Inc. – a non-profit housing corporation in Toronto.

Mike Esquega – In 1978 Mike became the first-ever Economic Development Officer for Biinjitiwaabik Zaaging Anishinaabek (formerly Rocky Bay First Nation), later serving as band manager.  His lengthy record of political service to his community includes ten years as councilor, 14 years as Chief, and Regional Chief of the Anishinabek Nation’s Northern Superior Region for 10 years.  Mike is Resource Development Advisor for his community’s potential development of a hydro-electric project.  Other organizations involvements include serving as chair of the Anishinabek Police Services board, and on the boards of the Fur Harvesters Association, Dilico Child and Family Services, and Anishinabek Nation treasury board.  He has served as an Elder for the Anishinabek Nation and on the Traditional Knowledge Keepers committee for the Chiefs of Ontario Health Program.
