Our 2024 Anishinabek Veterans Memorial Golf Tournament will be taking place on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at Hawk Ridge Golf Club in Orillia, ON.
Over 20 years of fun on the golf course!
Since 1999 the AN7GC’s Anishinabek Veterans Memorial Golf Tournament has been raising tens of thousands of dollars; all of which is earmarked toward the Grant Program of the AN7GC.
Since its inception, the tournament has raised over $500,000.00 in net proceeds!
The event is the AN7GC’s most successful fundraising initiative and is supported by the generosity of community partners as well as team registrations. Participation in the tournament is open to anyone and everyone. Our participants are treated like ‘golf kings and queens’ for a day!
The charity golf tournament is a scramble format and there are on-course contests such as longest drive, closest-to-the-pin, straightest drive and a chance at winning some amazing hole-in-one prizes. The tournament is followed by a dinner reception where participants have the opportunity to meet our celebrity guests and representatives from our corporate partners while at the same time placing bids for some remarkable items in our silent auction. Following dinner is the announcement of the champions in each division as well as the distribution of many exciting prizes.
